365huat Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 365huat platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 365huat platform. We encourage you to save a copy of this document for future reference.

These Terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 365huat. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing.

2.1 Age Requirement

The 365huat platform is exclusively for users who are aged 21 years of age and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age. 365huat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet the age requirement.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 365huat platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any bonus-related balances.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. False or inaccurate information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

365huat reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or a valid Malaysian passport. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process has been successfully completed.

As a 365huat user, you are fully responsible for the security of your account. This includes:

• Do not share your login credentials with any other party
• Report any suspicious activity to the 365huat support team promptly
• Keep your account information up to date and accurate at all times
• Responsible for all activity that occurs within your account
• Using the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes

365huat shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

For Sports Betting at 365huat, the following additional rules apply: odds are subject to change before a match begins; bets accepted after the cut-off time may be voided; official results from recognised sports governing bodies will be used as the final outcome.

• Indirect losses or losses arising from third parties
• Data loss caused by hardware or software failure on the user's end
• Any act or omission by third-party payment service providers

365huat's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

365huat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe
• Use of automated software or bots to exploit the system
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 365huat support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after verification, subject to deduction of bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through discussion and negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration under the applicable rules. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

365huat reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the 365huat platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
